The International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC), Henan University Minsheng College, Shandong Women’s University (SWU) and Russian State Specialized Arts Academy are pleased to announce the 2015 2nd International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Intercultural Communication (ICELAIC2015).

The conference will be held November 7-8, 2015 in Kaifeng, China.

The aim of ICELAIC is to provide a common platform for educators, scholars, and students from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss research, developments and innovations in the fields of Education, Language, Art and Intercultural Communication.

After refereeing process, all accepted papers from ICELAIC 2015 were published on the website of Atlantis Press:  https://www.atlantis-press.com/proceedings/icelaic-15 and submitted to CPCI-SSH for indexing.
