The 6th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2019) was held at the Moscow House of Nationalities from 24 to 25 October 2019.

ICELAIC 2019 was jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Russia),  Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd (China).

The purpose of the Conference was to provide a unified platform for teachers, researchers and students from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss issues of Education, Language, Art and Intercultural Communication.

All articles in these Proceedings were submitted for indexation in CPCI, CNKI and Google Scholar.
