The 12th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2025) will be held online from 30 to 31 December 2025.

ICELAIC 2024 will be organized by  Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), and Zhengzhou Da'ao Conference Services Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou, China).

The Conference will be dedicated to discussing topical issues in closely related areas: language, verbal arts, communication, culture, and education. 

Deadline for submission of papers:  Dec. 02, 2025

Notification of acceptance/rejection:  Dec. 09, 2025

Deadline for speakers' registration:  Dec. 15, 2025
