The 13th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2026) will be held online from 22 to 23 Dec. 2026.

ICELAIC 2026 will be organized by  Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), and Zhengzhou Da'ao Conference Services Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou, China).

The Conference will be dedicated to discussing topical issues in closely related areas: language, verbal arts, communication, culture, and education. 

Deadline for submission of papers:  Nov. 25, 2026

Notification of acceptance/rejection:  Dec. 02, 2026

Deadline for speakers' registration:  Nov. 15, 2026
