The 5th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2018)  was jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Russia),  Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd (China).

The aim of the Conference was to provide a unified platform for teachers, researchers and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss the problems on education, language, art and inter-cultural communication.

After refereeing process, all accepted papers from ICELAIC 2018 were published on the website of Atlantis Press:  https://www.atlantis-press.com/proceedings/icelaic-18 and submitted to CPCI-SSH for indexing.
