The 4th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2017)  was jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), Shandong Women's University Art Institute (China), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (Russia), Research Center of Chinese Dancing Culture and Art in Mianyang, Sichuan (China), Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd (China).

The aim of the conference was to provide a unified platform for teachers, researchers and students from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss the issues on education, language, art and inter-cultural communication.

After refereeing process, all accepted papers from ICELAIC 2017 were published in the "Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication" and  submitted to CPCI-SSH (ISSHP) for indexing.
